Just watched the 1st episode last night and the chemistry and tom foolery is still there from last year. Can't wait for the 'real' show to begin..... I'm not a big fan of the auditions, although there were some funny moments when Jen slow danced with contestant while Keith sang and Harry played piano. Love these judges!

Ok some talented singers got through tonight including a blind country singer who can with his dad....He was great...a few others got through I wasn't so impressed with....I have to agree with Harry tonight....Keith and Jennifer are very soft hearted...God love em! The first week of American Idol results from the 2015 auditions is over and we have a great selection of fabulous singers headed off to Hollywood! American Idol judges Harry Connick Jr., Jennifer Lopez, and Keith Urban seem to be very picky this year about who gets a Golden Ticket. Let’s hope the great talent will continue next week! Jennifer gives out tickets to Hollywood American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez and the Golden Ticket While we do have an American Idol spoilers list of all the known Hollywood Week Golden Ticket Winners for those who can’t wait to find out, this list below only contains those hopefuls show to go through on the actual TV show so far. We don’t want to give out spoilers to folks who don’t want them! On tonight’s second episode of American Idol season 14, these additional hopefuls received a Golden Ticket to Hollywood in Nashville and Kansas City. Ok so no Keith this week. But I thought Adam Lambert was interesting in his critiques. I think Harry went a little overboard in upstaging the weaker acts. The look on Jennifer's face shows it is annoying her no end. Didn't agree with a few of their choices but looking forward to seeing Keith back next week. (This is the week Nicole's dad passed away or had the funeral) The much awaited return of Adam Lambert is here as part of tonight’s American Idol auditions episode featuring the Season 8 finalist comfortably seated at the Judges’ table. Here’s an extended look at what’s ahead. Both Jennifer Lopez and Harry Connick Jr. were excited to have Adam join the panel for the New York American Idol auditions. Harry admitted that he can’t relate to the entire process in the same way as Adam who went from auditions to finale night back in 2009. Lopez was anxious to see how the new energy would work on the panel. From the clip below, looks like it turned out very well. FOX Audio Central caught up with Adam Lambert and asked him about his experience of judging on the show having been a contestant: You know, it’s full circle and I’m so honored that they asked me. You know, these kids that come in for the show, this is like a big dream and I know that they are nervous and their adrenaline is running high and so my goal is to help them get comfortable and to try to, you know, guide them towards winning. I've been rather slack with this thread..... but here's an update....Now we're down to the 'Real' show FOX Audio Central sat down with Keith after the House of Blues performances which aired this week in the two-part Top 24 reveal. When asked how he felt this new round challenged the artists Keith reflected on the way it worked as a preview to the weeks ahead. I mean if you can get up there with the band, because this is the band you’re going to be playing with when you get to the TV studio and the audience is there. For all intents and purposes this is pretty much what it’s going to be except I like the fact that it’s in a real club as opposed to being in a TV studio. ‘American Idol’ 2015 Top 9 Update: Daniel Seavey, Clark Beckham Stay; Jax Among Best Numbers In Episode 22 (Review) By Arlene Paredes
“American Idol” 2015 aka AI Season 14 on Mar. 25 revealed its Top 9, which includes 15-year-old Daniel Seavey and blues crooner Clark Beckham. Among the three girls left, Jax arguably got the highest praises from the judges. The two other remaining girls, Joey Cook and Tyanna Jones, also did well in episode 22.
Born in 1999, Seavey took on a 1980 release, "You Make My Dreams Come True" by Hall & Oates. AI Season 14 judges Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban and Harry Connick, Jr noted Seavey’s improvements. The judges gave higher praises to Clark Beckham, 22, who chose his original key choice.
“American Idol” 2015 resident mentor Scott Borchetta and celebrity guest mentor Boy George both wanted Clark Beckham to try a lower key for his cover of “Every Breath You Take” by The Police. AI Season 14 judge JLo said the result of Beckham’s decision was “mesmerizing.”
Among the three AI 2015 female hopefuls left, Jax drew a lot of positive feedback for her take on Bon Jovi’s “You Give Love A Bad Name.” Jax was the last person to perform before Qaasim Middleton was saved in episode 21 a week ago.
Tyanna Jones, meanwhile, recovered from the critique a week ago with her cover of Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance With Somebody.” Joey Cook got mixed reviews for her interpretation of “Girls Just Want To Have Fun” by Cyndi Lauper.
Jax is the strongest among the girls this week on “American Idol” 2015. Clark Beckham gave the best number among the boys. Nick Fradiani’s take on Michael Jackson’s “Man In The Mirror” was also noteworthy, with Idol judge Connick, Jr pointing out that the song highlighted his endearing quality, which is humility.
Seavey, Beckham, Qaasim and Fradiani are joined in the “American Idol” 2015 Top 9 by wildcard pick Quentin Alexander and bottom three survivor Rayvon Owen.
Two young ladies went home in episode 22 of “American Idol” 2015: wildcard pick Adanna Duru and Top 24 sing-off choice, Maddie Walker. The videos below are from the verified page of AI on YouTube.

My fav are still Clark Beckham and Tyanna Jones . The American Idol Top 7 were revealed Wednesday night when Qaasim Middleton was eliminated and the remaining contestants prepared for their next challenging night on the Idol stage. When we see our final Hopefuls again they’ll be singing “American Classics” and that sounds like a good night of performances to me. I bet Caleb Johnson would have been thrilled with an American Idol theme like this! No word on just what songs we’ll hear, but let’s look out for those spoilers early next week. In the meantime, if you want to get in on the song picks then Tweet your suggestions using #IdolClassic and maybe you’ll see one of the Top 7 taking on your song. We’re also waiting to hear who could be the mentor alongside Scott Borchetta. With the “American Classic” theme there’s a chance we could get a really awesome appearance and guest performance. I wonder if The Hoff is speed dialing his agent for a second booking this season.
