I miss him singing. He's so busy, still. It seems to just go on and on and on. He was tweeting extraearly Friday morning and I asked him what he was doing up that early, after a massive night before (performing AND also attending Eric Benet's concert) and he said that he'd gotten up to get Jules breakfast, as it was her birthday and that she was 'still out cold' - it WAS really early. And it was also Nickelodeon's Award Day too. So everyone went along and Guy got truly slimed :haha:  there is THIS one, from the Deni Ute muster. www.youtube.com/watch?v=cza6QbVS5pM&feature=player_embeddedand a rather gorgeous writeup afterwards. There were some great writeups in FBs and twitter too. we know there's some more music, but incredibly "Who's That Girl" is still gooing so strong on iTunes!

[ So did you guys know about Jules driving along McEvoy in Alexandria getting robbed of her cell phone and wallet by some guy that jumped in the car? Considering she's pregnant, it's good that's all that happened. But seriously? People. so crap isn't it! Apparently there are signs in the area, make sure your doors are locked. And also someone was pushed off his motorbike at lights there and the bike stolen! Poor Jules. More on Guy and the Myer Christmas Spectacular - he'll make it for Saturday. Word is that cool dude Guy Sebastian will belt out a 20 minute set at the Bourke Street Mall this Saturday for the Myer Christmas Spectacular. The show is sure to include his adorable rendition of Santa Claus is Coming to Town.
www.3aw.com.au/gossip Finale of XFactor Australia - Monday and Tuesday next week. and in Sydney at for Christmas Martin Place Thursday, 24 November 2011 6pm – 8.30pm Also Guy is apparently at the ARIAS.. the following weekend There's the World Aid's Day Dinner Thursday December 1 World AIDS Dinner not to be missed: SYDNEY: With superlative performances expected by the likes of Guy Sebastian
www.worldaidsdaydinner.com.au/Monday 5 December, Newcombe Medal Australia Tennis Awards of course the media launch for "Don't Worry Be Happy", his new single which is his OWN track and nothing to do with a previous song of the same name - 6 December, in Sydney. Not sure whether there are any tickets at all left, they seemed to go fairly quickly. We're hoping there are more being offered, because some have missed out. Also happening on December 18 Cricket great Steve Waugh returns to the crease when he captains a team in Battle of the Smashers 2 at Drummoyne Oval on Sunday, 18 December 9am-6pm to raise funds for the Steve Waugh Foundation. Steve will be joined by a host of celebrities such as singing sensation Guy Sebastian, NRL stars Robbie Farah, Chris Lawrence, Chris Heighington, Paul Gallen, Nathan Hindmarsh, NSW Origin coach Ricky Stuart, NRL boss David Gallop, league legends Paul Sironen, Brad Clyde, Hazem El Masri, football great Mark Bosnich and Daniel Smith from the Sydney Thunders - to name a few. The day will start with champion NSW Breakers playing Queensland in cricket's answer to State of Origin. This Twenty20 game features some of Australia's best female cricketers including superstar Elyse Perry. The Steve Waugh's Warriors will then play the Canada Bay Exiles.Notice that Guy has been placed in Steve's team and some who realise that he is actually a rather talented cricket player are rolling their eyes :haha: The New Year Eve Spectacular has Guy also appearing - I'm surprised, because he either does something which has been arranged way before, or finally gets some time off - but there you go. If you have a spare few hundred, the show will be amazing. At Sydney's Glebe Island SERIES Sydney Resolution Concert Series is thrilled to announce the launch of the most spectacular music event in the world, which will be staged at Sydney's Glebe Island overlooking the iconic Sydney Harbour on Saturday December 31st 2011. The inaugural Sydney Resolution Concert Series will feature international superstars including Jamiroquai, Culture Club and Pet Shop Boys, as well as Australia's very own Guy Sebastian, Pseudo Echo and Lyndsey Ollard. that's all we've found out, folks... meanwhile there's the behind scenes video - link on his facebook

Managed to get to the Media Launch at the Beresford, in Sydney. Don't miss this venue if you're in Sydney. Great vibes, beautifully re-done and rejigged, top marks to them. About 300-400 people, and Guy's voice was extra super again. I was a little worried he might have been losing it a little by this time, even had the Newcombes Awards the night before, but he still had this enormous voice, with wonderful resonance and range. As should happen, as he gets older, its getting richer and rounder in tone. Afterwards there was a tweet from the DJ saying that of all people she's supported at the venue, Guy was by far the best. Radio Ink was the support band, put their all into it, and the blonde female singer is very attractive and has a very good voice. Personally, I loved the vibe of the drummer who had the stage appeal that all should try and achieve, he really enjoyed the gig. Some tweets from people who've never attended his gigs before indicated that they were stunned to find that he has such a great band and voice! Others who went as accompanying their friends found themselves lining up for photos afterwards. Rai Thistlethwaite from Thirsty Merc (a good friend of Guy's and a superb jazz pianist) and Jessica Mauboy were there, as were Audio Vixen, who were keen to find out when his next show was on. Loving the new songs, which are taking a different twist again. As he changes his appearance style, he tends to change his music too, on occasion, so that we never quite know what we might get with each album. LOVE that aspect, always fun. The first song www.youtube.com/watch?feature=playe...d&v=DhCT4dw6vLM in the interview from Nova www.youtube.com/watch?v=SgesaGfrCsA&feature=relmfuthe funny bits from the Beresford, in download www.mediafire.com/?bfbaj1kwlsxxi4x

still in the top 10 in the ARIA chart which is amazing, at this time of the year when there are so many party songs and LMFAO is going strong - not to mention Australia's own fabulous GOTYE (who also uses a title "Someone I Used to Know" which has been used some 3 or 4 times for other songs. The only people who comment on similar titles are either trolls or someone who doesn't do any 'homework' first and has no idea. Similar song and music titles have been happening for years!! ) We've had some tweets from some great musicians and producers who've apparently worked with Guy just in the recent days and there's another interesting interview from Houston, Texas before the G'Day USA Houston show, where Michael Johns also appeared www.youtube.com/watch?v=S0ZUhpyc6hkpity we haven't turned up any footage from either of the shows Also saw where @fredro, who wrote and worked with Guy many many times over the years, got to see him perform in New York, and there some amazing tweets from several who attended at the Underground where Guy went, and where he sang two songs (apparently was asked to do a 2nd one before he left). Oh, and it would appear from Ronan Keating's show in Brisbane last night that he will be doing XFactor Australia again, so I'm thinking it is most likely that Guy will too, just hope that MelB does - she really adds some spice, no pun intended ------------- come back to add this - very funny twitters johnnyxmusicjohnny x Guy Sebastian, Gerard Butler and Erika Jayne all in one day. Over load! johnnyxmusicjohnny x GuySebastian was so star stuck seeing you today. Hope you are making so music magic. Johnny X. God Bless.@johnnyxmusic Melbourne Australia Songwriter, credits include Multi Million Selling Japanese Act Arashi/Grammy Nominated Gina G/Warren Nomi/OZ Idol Anthony Callea/Film & TV credits http://www.reverbnat...llinssongwriter He was asked whether he was working with Guy, and replied No no, wish I was, was standing next to him at the ATM. I was star struck. J. in case you haven't seen it before Guy's own studio that he owns in Sydney www.audiotechnology.com.au/magazine/at73-out-now/Such a good online one When up, click on the magazine and it will come to 'full page' mode. Run your cursor along the thumbnails at the bottom until you find Guy's picture in the studio and click to bring up. Click again to bring it into larger focus and easier to read. To turn the page find the arrow on the side. This is a fascinating article, thought I'd put it back here because as we know, we lost so much when the old Forum went down. Guy's such a tech head!! The clip of Guy, Carl and Sally with "The Climb" on youtube shows the studio in action.
